What was her main inspiration to start exercising?
“Due to my job, I hardly have time for myself. I know that health is the most important thing in life, but I don’t like it when my to-do list and time confines me into boundaries. I was looking for a training program which is possible to do anytime and anywhere, so to my great joy I found HIITInn training.”
How did it feel like starting the training? Did you get what you had expected?
“I don’t really know what I expected, but I thought that the training was going to be really hard and make me sweat because it takes just 22 minutes. The Army Arms training program from HIITInns choice was a perfect one for me. It is true, that I had to get up early, but it was worth it.”
How would you summarize these 11 weeks?
“I would divide it into 3 parts. The first 3 weeks I really suffered with tiredness and muscle strain. It was difficult to get up, but the atmosphere of the program and the music inspired me, and the 22 minutes flew by. After the 3rd week I started to enjoy it and the muscle strains were less frequent. I didn’t get so tired during the training and I enjoyed them more and more. In the last week, I realised that, unfortunately, this was the end of the programme and that the statement - HIITInn for a lifetime is true. The whole family supported me, because they told me how much I’ve changed.”
