Imre 's story (Budapest, 36 years old)

The HIITInn program helped him to exercise regularly, as a result he lost 10 kg*. He works 8-10 hours every day and he has two children. He is a member of an amateur football team but it didn’t provide him with enough opportunity to exercise.He loves eating and not just healthy things and so he became overweight. He amazed his wife.

Imre is a 36 year old sales manager.

Before I started the program I was always tired and started to slump into an unhealthy lifestyle. I was unable to keep up and do the things that I wanted to do, such as football and sports.

The thought that I had let myself go once again after I had lost quite a bit of weight. It has always been an up and down journey with my weight loss. I always lose a bunch of weight and then gain it all back again. I have always wanted to prove people wrong and become a healthier and better me. I was always been made fun-of about my weight when I was younger and I have always told myself that one day I would get fit. So it’s time.

I used HIITInn Training program to build muscle while shredding the excess fat to get the results I needed. I love Richard’s enthusiasm in the workouts and the amount of motivation I get from it. Every HIITInn workout that I did left me sweating by the end of the warm up and usually winded. By the end of the workout the gym floor was always covered in sweat and made me feel like I had actually worked out. The high intensity cardio was just what I needed to shed the weight. My body has really leaned out and it feels amazing.

I have tons of energy all the time and I can do anything I set my mind to. My self-confidence and my body image has really improved and I am proud of the results that I have achieved. My blood pressure has definitely improved with the HIITInn programs Army Arms and HIITInn.
