Barbara’s story (Brussels, 30 years old)

Barbara is a 30 year old accountant. She hasn’t done any exercise in the last couple of years It was difficult to persuade her to do training mainly because it takes a lot of time. “You go there, you change, and training is 60-90 minutes”. Although she knew that exercise is very important - not just for her figure, but also for her health - since with regular exercising you can extend healthy life expectancy. She was very happy to find the HIITInn training program.Short, effective and she can do it anywhere. Barbara has lost weight and her discomfort has gone.

Barbara is a 30 year old accountant. She hasn’t done any exercise in the last couple of years.

Before starting HIITInn training, I took full advantage of being pregnant and gained 73 kg*! I wasn’t happy, I lost all my confidence and got easily aggravated when trying to find something to wear because nothing fitted anymore. I have tried diet pills and cutting out junk food but I still wasn’t seeing the results that I wanted.

There are many things that inspired me to change my life and begin my transformation. I want to be healthy and fit enough to be able to keep up with him without being out of breath. Two: My coach and by seeing other people who had already completed the program and had achieved amazing results! Three: Me! Myself! I want to be healthy and comfortable with my own body. I have regained my confidence. I’m stronger and feel better than ever and I have more energy! I’m pumped!

If I needed to ask any questions she was always there for me. If she didn’t know the answer, she would find out. She would check-in and message me to keep me motivated and to stay on-track.
