Why should you choose HIITInn training?

Your personal trainer, Richard, stands in the middle, directing the training. You can read more about his qualifications and past experience (here and there).

On the training videos you can see five support trainers and in the bottom left corner you can see a lady who is doing the light version of the training. It means that Richard’s created the light version of all exercises. This serves multiple purposes. To help those who cannot keep up with the normal speed all the way along the training because they at any time can switch to the lighter version. In case of tiredness, we suggest that you don’t sit down but try to follow the light version.

This light version could be very handy for those who don’t exercise regularly, or those who stopped a long time ago, those who belong to the elderly generation. Of course, you can always build up from the light version to the normal version.

The advantage of the HIITInn training programme is that everybody has the opportunity to step up to a new level within the training. The intensity and the shorter and shorter resting periods gives you the opportunity to change gradually from the normal program to the light one. In the subscription package, or on the DVD training programme, the number of the weekly trainings are variable.

Richard has compiled normal and light versions to help those who cannot continue the normal version, but still want to continue exercising meanwhile giving some rest to the heart and circulation.

Both the five enthusiastic demonstrators on the training videos and the unique, dynamic music, which have been created for us by professional musicians, are very immersive. Maybe, you exercise alone in your living room and you won’t feel lonely as you are a member of a team.

Besides the HIITInn trainings, we give you accurate training plans - if you can keep to them you will lose weight, get leaner and your stamina will improve.

Many people are not interested in the scientific background to training but, believe us, it is very important. Richard’s proffesional knowledge and experience is your guarantee that you get high quality training programmes and you stay healthy. Our training supports the cardio-vascular system of the body.
