Why pay if there are free trainings available?

This is a very good question, but it is easy to tell you the correct answer...

In our opinion either we talk about losing weight, gaining muscle, becoming leaner, or improving stamina, you can reach long-lasting success if you train according to a training plan. It is important how much you train and what sort of training you do and to what proportion. The most important thing is that you have to define an aim for your training. If you have this aim, you need a professional trainer who leads you through the process. He/she provides you with a customised training plan in order for you to reach your goal.

Just as we need a good strategy to sell a product, reforming your body and keeping your fitness and health has to follow a very thoroughly planned strategy. It is even more important to do so because you can change a marketing plan for a product in one second, but to change the condition of your body and your health requires a step-by-step process because it is vitally important to plan it very carefully. Which exercise you choose, in which order and which follows which on is also very important.

Obviously, planned training means restrictions as you are not your own trainer and you can’t continuously do your favourite exercises - you are not the one who chooses what to do.
