Who can train with us?
Everybody! Adults and children, from 16 years old...
Everybody between 16-99, male or female, can train with the HIITInn programme.
In order to support this wide age range our composers have created music for our programme which is suitable for those who want to work slower just as much as it is perfect for those who like dynamic rhythm when they exercise.
As all exercises have a light version, elderly people can train with us as well as those who stopped training a long time ago, or those that just started training in their life or have never done any sport.
Results can be very different individually. We cannot guarantee the above results for everybody, as results are dependent on eating habits, health condition, and fitness levels. Before you start exercising ask for your GP’s advice.
