Strength Training
This training is to designed to strengthen. Thinking about the three types of strengths used during HIIT trainings, this focus is on maximal force during training. The purpose is to increase the cross- section of the muscle, which results in a better body image and more harmonic development of the muscle.
In this training the focus is on strengthening. Obviously it doesn’t mean that we don’t have high intensity exercise in this training. It just mean that we give you proportionally more strengthening exercise than an intensive routine. We work lower and upper limbs just as much as the core area muscles. After the strengthening period, which takes 3-4 minutes, the muscles are working hard and there is a pulse increasing period. In the last series, the burn out period, strengthening and dynamic exercises alternate with each other and you will realize what 22 minutes feels like.
