5 training sessions per week for 4 weeks. The Short training program suits you, you can find all your needs in it and you are going to be successful.
This programme is not about “Eat the calories!” or “Burn the fat!”, but about how to reach durable results with continuous work when you don’t have too much time and moves through your whole body. If you don’t have enough time, but you would like to do something for your health and lose weight, then Easy Shape is your package. We use both simple and more complicated training as a base, among them you can find dynamic and strengthening ones as well. In this case it is not a question of if we work on the outside or the inside thigh or on the abdomen, because we work on the whole body, paying special attention to the core area and we won’t forget any part. After this 22 minutes you can really feel that you have worked on every inch of your body. Besides all this, we built the training program so that we will increase the load gradually, we push boundaries slowly to provide you with a continuous training effect. Along with this training programme you will definitely find time for all of your other daily duties. Rest assured, that we will do our best to push the most from you within this 22 minutes, and muscle strain is going to be a pleasant surprise.
