Tabata Training
The Circle training (below) first of all develops strength and stamina, but it can be a shock for muscles which are used to heavy lifting trainings as well because it makes them work intensively. Tabata training, with alternate intervals, forms the body very quickly and spectacularly. It does not only help with fat burning, but it also helps in building muscles and developing stamina. It is very varied because of the frequent tempo changes so we recommend it for those who get bored with long cardio training but still want to get rid of their body fat quickly.
In our Tabata training, 20 to 30 seconds of highly intensive and moderately intensive (rest) periods alternate with each other. During the high intensity periods, we exercise on 80% (at least) of our maximum pulse rate. In the resting period, the oxygen balance recovers and we prepared ourselves for the next maximum intensity period. The advantage of this exercise is not only that we can burn a lot of energy within 22 minutes but researches have proved that this type of exercise increases the speed of our bodies metabolism even when we don’t exercise; it increases resting metabolic rate. So if we don’t do anything, we still burn more calories. Do we need any more than that?
