Full Body Training

This training is about how you can achieve durable results with continuous work moving through you whole body. The basis of this training is not an easy one, dynamic strength training, to which we add movements from different sports (athletics, gymnastics, aerobics and other martial arts), with the widest variety of tools. All your body parts gets attention during these 22 minutes. Strength training and High Intensity periods alternate between each other. Beside this, we try to increase the burden during the training and push your boundaries to the end.

As the name implies, this training works every part of your body, working all the major muscle groups in this 22 minutes routine. After each strengthening period there is a pulse elevating period which also works the cardio vascular system. During the strengthening periods we will concentrate on being able to execute the exercises. Static and dynamic strengthening exercises are alternated to enable the fight against monotony. After the strengthening part, we start the pulse raising exercises immediately. The last part is the burn out period; this is a really challenging 3 minutes giving a mixture of dynamic and strengthening exercises.
