We have developed HIITInn Middle training, mixing cardio and muscle strengthening exercises. The point of this super intensive training is to push the boundaries of your stamina because there is just a little time between intervals. The training is really effective if you don’t stop, even if your muscles are burning. Maybe it sounds pretty brutal to you, but to obtain a super tight body it is worth the suffering. This is a fast and hard 22 minutes HIITInn training for every day of the week waiting just for you. This 8 weeks program requires concentration and discipline, and is a test of your strength. Ask yourself the question, if you are able to do this. If the answer is yes, because you have enough time and energy then let’s start immediately. Don’t think this programme of 22 minutes every day for 8 weeks is too much. It will produce desired results and you won’t stop drying your forehead of sweat.
