Speed Training

Improve your speed and stamina. Interval training is the best way to improve these abilities as it puts the emphasis on speed and stamina. The essence of this method is that intensive and less intensive periods alternate between each other. The changing intensity of the load and rest period allows you to bring out 100% of yourself.

During speed training we continuously keep the calf, the gluteal muscle and the thigh muscle under load. So we focus on running and jumping exercises. You can also find a change of direction and balance exercises in this training. All the way through this training we try to maintain maximum speed.

In this method, intensive and less intensive periods alternate with each other, so that you can bring out the maximum of yourself. Longer and shorter periods make this training varied. At the end of the training there is a longer burn out period which will tests your endurance and performance ability. When you start the last exercise you will realise that you have successfully executed the training and giving your best effort.
