Pyramid 1.0. Training
The name of Pyramid comes from the changes and the balance of change as we increase or decrease either time or the burden. In this case we decrease time, which makes it possible for everybody to bring out the maximum from every exercise and of every minute. The Pyramid principle prepares your body and nervous system for a fight till the end.
We can differentiate positive and negative pyramid trainings. The difference between the two is that the positive type is increasing in time or the number of our repetitions because we increase load during the exercise. On the opposite side, negative pyramid starts from maximum, decreasing time or the number of repetitions. Pyramid 1.0 contains 8 exercises and they each take 1 minute to complete. After this, the resting periods calms your pulse in order to regain energy to be able to complete the next 45 second period with 100% intensity. As we go forward in time, the exercises get shorter but we will still increase intensity.
