In this type of training there is no stop - we keep your pulse rate high by fighting through the entire 22 minute HIITInn training. The intensity of the exercises allows your body to gain new energy from time to time to be able to execute the next exercise with 100% energy.

This is the real challenge. As the name implies in this training there are no resting periods, it is non-stop. As the exercises are built upon each other, it is possible to do them with maximum intensity. With nearly 60 exercises within 22 minutes, sweating is guaranteed. Concentration is very important during this training and so your endurance is going to be tested. Within this 22 minutes you are not alone. The training is divided into routines, which is a big help for you to renew yourself and bring out your best.
