Circle Training

Circle training is the most suitable training program to achieve a lean body, and it is a fantastic method to increase your fitness level and stamina too. It can also help burn body fat and increase intensity. The purpose of the training is to burden the diversely different muscle types in the body within a single training session.

In this 22 minutes training, we mix and match exercises from different types. We do one type of exercise for a certain time, and then we move to the next one without resting. After finishing one routine, we have some rest and we start the same routine again but over a shorter time. These exercises are good for both strengthening and stamina and even the mixture of the two. It is better if we can work through our entire body within this 22 minutes, so the more versatile the better. At the end of the training session we finish by repeating all the exercises in all the routines.
