Richard was born in Hungary. After finishing secondary school, he gained attendance to Semmelweis University in Budapest to the physical education faculty of science. At the same time he gave up football. During his university years he immersed himself into the world of sciences. In those years - in order to gain experience - he started working alongside the trainer of the Hungarian national football team. After this period he worked with first class football teams as a rehabilitation and fitness coach. These clubs included Budapest Honved and MTK Hungaria. He finished university successfully and was awarded a master’s degree as a PE teacher and physical education physiotherapist. During those 10 years spent in the football industry, he gained extensive experience in the field of health-keeping sports and activities. He has helped many players in the team with their rehabilitation. As he has worked with children, adolescents and adults he has gained a lot of experience in working with a wide range of people and learnt how to motivate them. In 2012 he established the first “Functional gym” in Budapest and managed the day-to-day professional work conducted there. His favourite activity is personal training, but he also discovered the meeting points of traditional and gym training programmes. He became an expert in short, intensive training programmes. Taking his wife’s idea and encouragement he created the HIITInn training method which is a unique, professional, possible-to-do-at-home training programme, based on scientific facts and experiences in practice.
