HIITInn for the family
The main purpose of the HIITInn programmes’ professional structure is that it could be used for all genders and ages...
So it is possible for all age groups to do the training programme. How can that be possible? What sort of training could be good if young teenagers can do it and also older generations who are seriously interested in keeping their good health?
Because the trainings you have to execute with 100% energy, 100% is different for each individual. In the following periods, obviously, the expansion of the training regime is bringing you the opportunity to use an aimed programme.
If you just want to lose weight or you don’t have time to go to the gym, or if you prefer outdoor trainings, or if you are a body builder who wants to get lean before a competition then this is your programme. It is also good for youngsters who are not top athletes, those who are looking for a good form of exercise to get rid of the tensions of school, or just want to remain healthy.
Men and women in their middle ages cannot use their age as an excuse either as the human body starts deteriorating because we don’t manage it enough. We have time for many things in our lives but our health, and keeping it, is not the usual first choice. It is natural to feel it harder to workout after a certain age but it does not mean that it is the end - you still have to exercise and you still have to do something about your health. It makes it easier for women to survive the menopause period and for men it is a vanity and vitality factor.
We all like to look in the mirror and feel satisfaction, but we like it even more if somebody give us praise. This feeling gives us the energy to continue with the HIITInn programme too.
All in all this programme is suitable for all age groups and everybody can do it. No barriers, training anywhere, anytime.
Train intensively, train short!
Results can be very different individually. We cannot guarantee the above results for everybody, as results are dependent on eating habits, health condition, and fitness levels. Before you start exercising ask for your GP’s advice.
