She hasn’t done any exercise in the last couple of years It was difficult to persuade her to do training mainly because it takes a lot of time. “You go there, you change, and training is 60-90 minutes”. Although she knew that exercise is very important - not just for her figure, but also for her health - since with regular exercising you can extend healthy life expectancy. She was very happy to find the HIITInn training program.Short, effective and she can do it anywhere. Barbara has lost weight and her discomfort has gone.
